Our rose hip powder is made from whole, gently ground rose hips. For even better effectiveness, we enrich the powder with 10% ground rosehip seeds.

Ingredients: 100% ground organic rose hips enriched with 10% ground organic rose hip seeds

Recommended consumption: 1 to 2 teaspoons daily with muesli/yoghurt, or added to shakes or juice.
1 teaspoon corresponds to approximately 5 grams, 2 teaspoons corresponds to approximately 10 grams

To build up against osteoarthritis (active ingredient galactolipid in the ground kernels can build up the lubricant in the joints from the inside). Strengthens the immune system and prevents cellulitis due to high levels of silica.
